About Temper Wheels
Temper Wheels is the international wheel brand of our factory in Changzhou, China.
We manufacture cast aluminum wheels for aftermarket brands, distributors and wheel businesses worldwide, supporting a broad range of passenger, SUV, truck and off-road applications.
Our manufacturing base has been operating since 2004, with more than 60,000 m² of production space covering aluminum casting, CNC machining, surface finishing, testing and inspection. The factory operates under automotive quality management systems including IATF 16949.

From Casting to Final Inspection
The main stages of wheel production are handled within our own factory, giving us direct control over the processes that affect consistency, appearance and product quality.
Casting
Supported by melting and heat-treatment equipment for stable, repeatable production.
CNC Machining
Supported by extensive vertical and horizontal machining capacity for dimensional consistency across production batches.
Coating
Dedicated powder coating, paint and clear-coat lines support standard and customized finish requirements.
Testing & Inspection
X-ray inspection, CMM dimensional measurement, dynamic balancing, material analysis and wheel fatigue testing support production quality control.

Keeping casting, machining, finishing and inspection within the same factory gives us clearer visibility over each stage of the process and makes issues easier to trace back to their source.
TEMPER also keeps overseas project communication close to production. Customers work through one consistent point of contact who understands the project context and coordinates directly with the relevant factory teams.
